I just wanted to share a few new pics of our Baxter. He likes to play "Stick." Not fetch....it's called "stick!" The reason we don't call it fetch is because it goes like this...we throw the stick, Baxter runs really fast to get the stick, Baxter runs back to us with the stick and keeps on running, he comes back near us and rolls on the ground and chews the stick...we have to steal it back to throw it again. So, there's no fetching going on here. Anyway, Wes got these shots of him during a game of Stick. We love this dog like a child and we can't wait for him to be a big brother!!
It was nice to finally get back out to the beach again today for an engagement session. We were a little worried yesterday about the wind, but it worked out great with the exception of new hairdo's for all of us haha. Beth and Jeremey are getting married at Old Christ Church here in Pensacola in May which should be a beautiful time for a wedding. Here are a few shots from the beach....
Wow, what a couple these two are!! They planned a fabulous wedding at Old Christ Church with the reception following at Pensacola's Museum of Commerce. Despite a Mardi Gras parade in downtown Pensacola, it was perfect! What a grand affair it was... Melissa & Mike are quite a couple! They are HOT HOT HOT. Make sure you see Melissa's bridal photos at the bottom of this post!
Today was Ms. Melissa's bridal shoot before her wedding this upcoming weekend. It was another COLD day. Could someone tell old man winter that our brides do not care for their skin to look blue? Anywho, Melissa was so hot in that dress, the cold seemed irrelevant. She gave us permission to post these even though her wedding is still two days away! Is she absolutely stunnning, or what????
Wesley posted his favorites, so I wanted to post 3 of my favorite portraits of Melissa. She was purely amazing!! I can't wait to see her again on Saturday.
You are witnessing what has to be the most yuppie shower gift we have received at this point.....a Bose wave radio with Cd Player. This is from my best friend and Avery's soon to be Uncle Scott. Scott is high on the corporate ladder with the Bose corporation, and he is the best at coming through with all of our Bose needs. Avery can now relax in style with the sounds of Pooh and all of those kiddie songs playing in her nursery on nothing but the best in quality sound. In some small way I think this was Scott's way of helping me forgive him for his making me watch An Inconvenient Truth last week. I am still trying to get the sound of Al Gore saying "Lubrication" several times during the movie out of my head. Needless to say, he is the best friend a guy can have and we are excited about his upcoming move from New Hampshire back to the Asheville, NC area.
Avery's new sound system.....
Scott and I in NYC last Fall and then on a Smokey Mountain trail in 05'
