Rain!!

I don't know what it is, but landscape and outdoor photography is really becoming a passion of mine. After being in a drought for the last 5 months, we finally had some decent rainfall during the last couple of days in July. I was on my way home today and while driving through the golf course in the front of our neighborhood, the clouds for whatever reason caught my attention. It was nice to finally get some rain, and even better that I got these photos!

Desert Photos

My pet project for myself in August is to revisit all of our Las Vegas and Grand Canyon photos. We have not even had time to print some for ourselves since it has been prime wedding season since our return. These are just a few that we took back in April of 2006. If anyone might be interested in purchasing some of these to enlarge for their decor, drop us an e-mail and we will let you know as soon as they are posted for proofing. We'll make great deals on enlargements.....

Destin Getaway

We actually got this past weekend off so we invited Rae's parents over to have a little fun with us. We spent Friday boating over to Pensacola Beach for the Blue Angel's airshow and then Saturday we towed the boat down to Destin for a little snorkeling. We have had such little rain this year that the water clarity is absolutely gorgeous! The following pictures are a little taste of the fun day we had....

Rae's dad Mike looking like the stud he is. Sexy in the mask isn't he?

Yours truly doing a quick pose for the camera!

Rae looking like a space creature from a sci-fi movie. Yes baby, those are 10 fingers....good girl

Rae's Mom Diana (also known as Rae's twin sister) smiling all cute and then swimming away....

Leslie and Sean

We have been doing a lot of beach shoots this summer and when Leslie and Sean said they wanted pictures in the park, we were thrilled to do something a little different from the norm lately. They were really photogenic and allowed us the opportunity to get some very sexy downtown photos. We cannot wait until their wedding next May.

Heartbeat of Natalie and Ryan

We had a wonderful time at the wedding of Natalie and Ryan on Friday night (Friday weddings are becoming very trendy). Natalie's dad had an old Chevy Impala convertible to transport the bride and groom from the wedding to the reception. We had a "LOT" of fun photographing them with this car! Our thanks to them for their hospitality and the wonderful photo opportunities! Luckily, no one was injured in the photo taken while driving down Barrancas Avenue!
